Reflection:
Trello is a great tool to use as a "community board" to post questions about the topic that I am covering or to post a "week in review" of assignments and due dates. For example: Compare and contrast "MyPlate" vs. "MyPyramid" or "what type of nutrient dense foods do you eat on a daily basis? How do you know it's nutrient dense? For a "week in review" I can post upcoming homework, projects, and tests as well as their due dates. Trello is easy to access, it's free, and it's great for collaboration among the students. It is a great visual for students to see other students comments/ways of thinking. This leads to further discussion/debate on the topic.
